Job Description
Main Purpose of Role
- This position will mainly be responsible for assisting with the project and office administration tasks/roles.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Provide administrative support to the PM & CM teams
- Liaise with the project stakeholders during all design and construction stages and ensure internal systems reflect status of the project.
- Assist project managers with preparation of project progress reports
- Assist project management team with closing out project activities following completion of deliverables
- Assist with document control for the various projects
- Assist in monitoring and execution of corporate governance
- Manage and incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls accordingly
- Assist with BMS, tasks
- Coordinate with suppliers for products/services, quotes and delivery, and track the use of office supplies
- Health & safety – maintain a record of any incidents/H&S issues in conjunction with the SHE representative.
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Assist in the logistics arrangements for the staff and any guests
- Assist in settling the new employees upon joining
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Business administration (preferably at degree level)
- 3 or more years of experience in office administration
Skillset Requirements
- Organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- IT proficiency
- People skills
