What will you do?
- To ensure administrative and financial support to the Operations manager through the application of project processes, methodologies while supporting management with Ad-Hoc tasks.
Qualification and Experience
- Matric, advanced excel skills, certificate advantageous
- 5 years management assistant experience with at least 5 years financial experience

Operating Model:
- Complete and maintain project reports and documentation and store on Group Finance Z drive
- Schedule project meetings and workshops
- Maintain decision document within given time frame
- Ad-Hoc as requested by management from time to time
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for project team
- Administer induction of project team members
Position Specific Outputs
- Collate data, design finance workflow, update standard operating procedures, train, and develop staff.
- Monitor and report to the Operation Manager Pretoria variances or improvements.
- Assist with driving deadlines.
- Ad-Hoc as requested by management from time to time.
