About the Role

The Project Delivery Manager drives high-RPM digital transformation by overseeing the data-driven implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) across the hospital network. Utilizing SAP for financial integration and ServiceNow for project orchestration, the manager mitigates operational risk during complex system migrations. Their leadership ensures 100% compliance with health informatics standards and optimizes the technical reliability of the group’s digital clinical ecosystem.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

  • To provide direction, leadership, management and support throughout the EHR project life cycle to ensure the effective delivery of the project within the required timeframe and budget to produce the desired business Benefits in an efficient and effective manner.
  • This position provides oversight, guidance and support to the project managers and teams involved in the EHR implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Facilitate project initiation, planning and governance structures 
  • Lead and manage project performance and compliance with agreed deliverables throughout the life cycle of the program
  • Execute, monitor and control EHR project, work streams and related deliverables
  • Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

  • Certification in Project Management

DESIRED EDUCATION

  • Management of successful programmes (MSP)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • At least 8-years’ in Project/Programme delivery management in either ICT or Healthcare environment

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience in implementation of healthcare solutions e.g. Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs) and Enterprise Resource Planning systems

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Project and programme management skills, tools and methodologies
  • Cost management: resource planning, cost estimation, budgeting and control/monitoring activities
  • Risk management: risk planning, identification, mitigation, and remediation
  • Project governance regulations and Quality management principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • End-to-end delivery of clinical and business systems implementations and support
  • Vendor and contract management principles
  • Understanding of healthcare business processes & work-flows
  • MS Office and Project Management Software

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Health Sciences is mandatory, with growth supported by a Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
