Project Delivery Manager needed at Media24 Ltd

What you would do:

• Project Delivery: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget constraints. 
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the Project Management team. 
• Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for key project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, adopt best practices, and integrate innovative solutions. 
• Risk Management: Adhere to risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate project risks. 
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to align project delivery with the company’s strategic goals. 

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 12+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. 
• Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a project management environment. 
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies and operational excellence. 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
