What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

  • In this role, you’ll develop and refine engineering designs and packs, creating Single Line Diagrams and PV layouts using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Helioscope. You’ll be at the helm of project planning, setting timelines and ensuring milestones are hit. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you’ll keep projects on track, manage any deviations, and act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and addressing concerns.
  • Additionally, you’ll oversee the on-site execution to ensure alignment with technical drawings and safety standards, working alongside construction teams to handle changes and documentation for a smooth project handover.

What you’ll need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential, along with at least three years of experience in solar EPC or renewable energy projects. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, PVSol, and project management tools is required, paired with in-depth knowledge of solar systems and regulatory standards.
  • Your attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients will be critical to success in this role.
