Required Skills & Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or PMO support role within a MSP/IT environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g Waterfall or Agile).
- Familiarity with project tracking, financial reporting, and resource management.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and best practices in project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of project management frameworks such as PMP, Prince 2, or Agile is preferred.
- Strong organisational and planning skills
