Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or PMO support role within a MSP/IT environment.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g Waterfall or Agile).
  • Familiarity with project tracking, financial reporting, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and best practices in project planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of project management frameworks such as PMP, Prince 2, or Agile is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
