Project Manager – Clinical Trials needed at Signant Health

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage all phases of each assigned project
2. Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment
3. Coordinate with other Client Services personnel as well as
4. Oversee development and approval of study materials
5. Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed client’s expectations in compliance with Quality Management governance procedures
6. Oversee study management and coordinate study status with project sponsors
7. Coordinate with project sponsors to ensure all project expectations are met
8. Maximize opportunities at existing clients for Signant Health

DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE

1. Manage relationships
2. Provide account updates to Signant Health account management teams
3. Assist with the development of new clients as necessary
4. Enhance the Signant Health business model by institutionalizing business processes, implementing best practices and templates, and seeking ways to work more efficiently
5. Provide ongoing career development, mentoring and performance feedback for direct reports
6. Coach, counsel and provide mentoring and guidance for direct reports
7. Contribute to the development

Essential
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

1. Four years of professional business experience
2. Two to three years of project management experience
3. College degree (B.S., B.A.)/University Degree for EU candidates or equivalent years of experience
4. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables in a
6. Strong client relationship skills
7. Fluency in English (will be required to write, speak and understand English to conduct day-to day business)
8. Ability to manage own time and proactively identify prioritized tasks
9. Demonstrated proficiency with
10. Ability to travel for business
