Project Manager CTRM (12 Months FTC) needed at Thungela

Job Description

• As the Operation Project Manager CTRM , IBP and other marketing systems, you will ensure 100% compliance with Thungela governance standards in all project activities while developing and maintaining high quality and approved project documentation, including the Project Charter, schedules, and reports.

More of your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving timely project milestones and final delivery by efficiently managing Thungela, supplier, and third-party resource by working closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP CTRM, IBP and other marketing solutions utilised
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and configure SAP CTRM and IBP solutions as well as conducting testing and validation to ensure the solution meets quality standards
• Planning and carrying out checkpoints to validate the project’s progress to the next phase
• Identifying and mitigating risks promptly to ensure minimal impact on project delivery and maintain project integrity
• Accurately defining and managing the project scope, avoiding scope creep and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Regularly engaging with stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates to ensure alignment with project goals and maintain satisfaction
• Developing project plans, timelines, and milestones for SAP CTRM S/4 Hana and IBP implementation as well as coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Monitoring project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
• Managing project risks and issues by taking corrective measurements and escalating these to the business owner where appropriate and as per agreed programme governance
• Developing and implementing effective change management strategies to ensure high user adoption and provide adequate training and support
• Ensuring users are adequately trained and supported during the transition to the new system, addressing any concerns promptly
• Promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise post-go-live to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in the solution, ensuring long-term success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management or related field (NQF Level 7)
• Advantageous: Relevant SAP Certification

Experience

• Minimum 6 years detailed experience in Project Management
• Minimum 4 years detailed experience in SAP CTRM implementation within a Marketing and Finance environment
• Proven experience in managing SAP CTRM projects, preferably S4 Hanna

Additional Information
