What you’ll need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
  • You should have 3-5 years of project management experience in the solar or renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale solar EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are crucial.
  • PMP certification or similar is preferred. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required, along with a willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
