Project/Site Manager needed at SKG Properties

Job overview:

• As a Project/Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects ofprojects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with the project team, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of projects, from start to finish
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
• Quoting and tendering
• Managing site teams
• Coordinate with project team members
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage project budget and ensure that expenses are within budget
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
• Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards
• Prepare and submit project reports to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or similar qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
