Property Logistics Officer needed at Bayport Financial Services

Description

• To assist with the maintenance of all branches and general office administration, contributing to cost savings initiatives through negotiating with maintenance suppliers.
• Management of the Branch Build process on site, which includes but is not limited to – supplier’s project timelines and quality, liaison between site personnel and office personnel, and pre-empt and resolve possible complications.
• Be responsible for the fleet management of all Bayport vehicles and trailers.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent qualificatio
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license
• PDP license

DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work independently and professionally with little or no supervision and be deadline driven.
• Knowledge of maintenance of vehicles
• Good knowledge of passenger vehicles and components
• General vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Must be willing to travel.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation

CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
