Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.

Property Transactions:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with professionalism and expertise.
• Price and market properties effectively for sellers.
• Support buyers in finding their dream properties and organise viewings.
• Negotiate offers and terms to ensure successful transactions.

Market Expertise:

• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
• Create engaging property listings, complete with descriptions, photos, and virtual tours.
• Host show houses and execute marketing campaigns to attract buyers or tenants.
