Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Professionalising and managing the process of Public Representative Performance Management for the DA
- Providing guidance and input on Public Representative Performance Management training for stakeholders, including the design of training material
- Interacting with Party structures at Provincial and Regional level by requesting and circulating information on the Public Representative Performance Management process
- Monitoring the health of the database in consultation with the developers and any other relevant consultants
- Managing helpdesk requests and technical queries, referring database system bugs and issues to the service providers for resolution, and ensuring they are addressed timeously
- Maintaining a database and records of all PR Performance Management meetings in an organised manner
- Extracting and compile reports, as required
- Providing overall assistance with Public Representative Performance Management

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- 3 years’ experience an administrative role
- Experience in project management
- Experience in performance management
- Experience with system setup and management
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite, Zoom, and Smartsheet or a similar tool
