Key Responsibilities:
- Continually chase and update purchase orders with the latest ETA information so this is relayed back to our customers.
- Cancel and amend purchase orders where necessary and taking ownership of queries through to completion.
- Liaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their orders.
- Provide cover for other members of the department as necessary and perform other tasks if requested from time to time by the Purchasing Manager
- To be continuously aware of Company Health and Safety Policies, including environmental, and always adhere to them.
Knowledge and experience:
- Excellent administration skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure;
- Highly motivated with ability to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit CDW;
