QA/QC Officer Job at Boardroom Appointments

• Boardroom Appointments is recruiting an experienced QA/QC Officer on behalf of our client, a global leader in heavy lifting and engineered transport solutions.
• This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major renewable energy projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and audits across project operations.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, technical requirements and quality standards.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain inspection records.
• Support client audits, project reporting and quality handover documentation.
• Work closely with project teams, engineers and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant QA/QC experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
• Practical experience with inspections, audits, NCRs and quality documentation.
• Experience within construction, engineering, mining or heavy lifting environments.
• Wind farm / wind turbine installation project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work in a demanding project-site environment.
