Your responsibilities
- Identifies and resolves quality incidents, both internally and from outside suppliers.
- Contributes actively to the quality improvement of existing products.
- Performs final product release of all healthcare products
- Investigates the technical aspects of consumer complaints pertaining to all healthcare products
- Advises Quality Assurance Team of any significant risks to the business
The experience we’re looking for
- Minimum: B.Pharm Degree a must.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Production Preferable
- Previous managerial experience would be advantageous
- Any applicable QMS course
- Good analytical, organising and communication skills.
- Good Computer literacy
