What are we looking for?

• Food Technology or Food Science Graduate
• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology /Food Science /Biotechnology / Analytical Chemistry or Microbiology
• Must be proficient in English
•  Must be Computer Literate
• Report writing experience will be preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint for effective communications

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Testing of inbound raw and packaging material
• Routine environmental monitoring of equipment hygiene, water quality, air quality and effluent testing
• Capturing of results and filing of Certificates of Analysis
• Responsible for filing of retention samples and maintaining the LAB & retention’s sample rooms
• Following good housekeeping and hygiene practices in the LAB and retention sample rooms
• Assist with preparing products for Quality Panel.
• Adhering to all Mars Safety Standards
