The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Determining quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and voter service
- Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
- Evaluating the quality of interviews against a set criteria
- Producing quantitative reports of interviewer techniques
- Informing team management of outstanding and poor performance
- Recommending when training interventions should take place, and assisting with same
- Compiling training materials and other required documentation
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Fluency, written and spoken, in at least one of the following official languages, in addition to English: Afrikaans, Sesotho, Sepedi, Setswana, Xhosa, Zulu
- Experience as a Quality Assurer (advantageous)
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
