Description

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
• Resolve production-related issues promptly.
• Supervise and guide the team to maintain optimal throughput.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on team performance.
• Conduct and oversee monthly Quality and Health & Safety inspections.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

Skills:

• Leadership and organisational skills.
• Ensure compliance with MAN Automotive SHERQ standards and achieve minimum requirements.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
• Able to work cross-functionally with teams in other business units.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & quickly adapt to changes.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in an automotive parts business with warehouse related processes – 4 years.
