Quality Controller (Dryden) needed at AFGRI Equipment

Description

• To perform quality control tasks in the laboratory and on-site, ensuring that products meet the required standards and comply with HACCP and OHS protocols.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education/Training:

• Grade 12 (Matric).

Required Minimum Work Experience:

• At least 12 months of experience in a quality control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory analysis on raw materials and final products.
• Perform HACCP-related tasks and ensure in-process quality management.
• Maintain and capture laboratory analysis data using Lims.
• Systematically store and manage sample identification.
• Perform general quality control tasks, including cleaning equipment, monitoring equipment conditions, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare loads for dispatch and conduct spot checks on accurate loading

Technical Knowledge/Competencies:

• Proficiency in English.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Basic computer literacy.
