About the Role

The Quality Specialist drives high-RPM food safety by managing production data and ensuring 100% compliance with global FSSC 22000 and hygiene standards. Utilizing SAP for supply chain orchestration and ServiceNow for quality incident tracking, the specialist minimizes operational risk in the manufacturing lifecycle. Their role leverages data-driven insights to optimize product quality and ensures the technical reliability of the group’s national food production network.

REQUREMENT

Qualification(s)

  • Degree in Food Technology or Food Science, Engineering or other relevant qualification

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant-based quality roles
  • Production/ Technology / Systems knowledge
  • Solid experience with continuous improvement tools like TPM/Lean / WCM
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, non conformance management, root cause analysis, CAPA, training
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook; PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Demonstrated SPC capability, process optimization and change management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
