Queenswood, Pta | Au Pair | R12000 – R13000 Job at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Queenswood
• Ages: Girl aged 16 months old and a son aged 5 months old
• Working hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 16:00
• Duties: Full care of the children during the day. Focus will be on the toddler, but activitis, play time and stimulating activities for the baby will be needed as well. Keep children in their daily routine.
• Feeding, changing, putting down for naps. Coming up with weekly themes and ideas for activities and outdoor play to keep the children stimulated and engaged.
• Ensure that the children are reaching their age appropriate milestones through play and activities. While the children are napping, some light housework, like hanging up laundry, or packing and unpacking the dishwasher may be required. Possible extra murals in the future.
• Requirements: Afrikaans speaking female aged between 22 – 28 years old. Experience with the age groups. Knowledge or initiative to come up with weekly activities and play to keep the children active and stimulated. Someone Creative, fun, active and energetic.
• Start date: February 2026 – Permanent role
• Salary: R12000 – R13000 per month (gross, before deductions) plus SARS Rates (R4.76) per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
