REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 10. Grade 12 added advantage. Tractor operating certificate will be an added advantage Valid driver’s license.
• Physically fit and knowledge of operating a tractor and slasher.
• Experience relating to grass cutting with a tractor and slasher.
• A hardworking selfdisciplined person. Excellent driving skills.
• 1 year relevant experience within a local government authority working at Parks.

DUTIES

• Operating a tractor to execute duties including grass cutting, maintenance of parks, open spaces and pavements.
• Responsible for maintenance and safety checks on tractor and slasher.
• Execute duties according to work schedule/programme.
• Putting out traffic signs to warn traffic and public about work in progress.
• To work full day in alternative short Fridays (Pay day).
• Any ad hoc garden or parks duties as and when requested by Management.
