Job Description
- The role will report to the Business Development & Implementation Specialist. This role monitors dialer activities, real time monitoring and will be accountable for data uploads and timeously delivery of reports.
Operational
- Creating Real Time Dashboards to assist the DFA Business Unit in reaching business goals/ target.
- Providing Support across all Business Units to ensure their working optimally.
- Monitoring Adviser and Para-planner’s daily performance and flagging any issues to Sales Managers / Area Managers.
- Develop, analyze and distribute statistics and identify trends to help determine the need for strategy changes and/or training.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and monitoring of the 1Stream / Avaya System.
- Strong analytical skills required, including an extensive understanding of how to interpret department business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Work with supplier (1Stream) to ensure complete optimization of dialer function as well as best use of data provided.
- Liaise with colleagues in Campaigns department to ensure correct selection of key data and creation of dialing lists for outbound campaigns.
Reporting
- All reporting and analysis completed daily, weekly, monthly and provided to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyze data.
- Dialer knowledge or 1 year Campaign Knowledge.
