Introduction

• Unicare is currently seeking to appoint a Receiving Administrator that is passionate about customer service. The role will be based at Unicare 24 Hour Pharmacy in Somerset West and will report to the Stock Admin Manager

Job description

Job Purpose:

• To ensure accurate and timely capturing of stock-related data into inventory system, supporting effective stock control, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture stock movement data (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments) into inventory systems.
• Verify physical stock counts against system records.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation processes.
• Liaise with storeroom and procurement teams to resolve stock-related queries.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company procedures.
• Report anomalies or inconsistencies in stock data for investigation.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (minimum requirement).
• Familiarity with inventory systems (Unisolv).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools.

Experience:

• Must have minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with inventory systems (Unisolv).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools
