What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Perform reconciliations timeously and according to advised deadlines to ensure the correct and complete allocation of valid payroll transactions.
  • Preparing reconciliations and related reports, including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Salary control account recons.
  • Bank recons.
  • Provident fund recons.
  • AOD recons.
  • Staff debtor recons and write offs.
  • Holds recons.
  • Terminations recons.
  • EMP501 reconciliation reports.
  • Reporting related to recons.
  • Garnishee recons.
  • Payment recons and checks.
  • Ad hoc, variance and analysis reporting as required
  • Preparing/processing/checking payroll journals and payroll elements and reconciling to payroll documents.
  • Document all reconciliation queries for Payroll Officers on the Payroll Process Improvement Log.
  • Work closely with the Finance department to research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, prepare and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support to line managers and the finance department with payroll reconciliation related concerns and queries.
  • Keep abreast of changes within Payroll department.
  • Confidentiality of all Payroll information is to be maintained at all times.
  • Live and apply the Hollywood Group values.
  • Performs other and related duties and general admin as required.
