Talent Sourcing
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals and external sourcing such as road shows, flyers, universities etc…
Job Advertising
- Create compelling job adverts that align with the company’s branding and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process for candidates.
Candidate Experience
- Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to improve processes.
Employer Branding
- Promote the employer brand through innovative strategies and engaging with online communities.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment practices adhere to South African labour laws and company’s internal policies.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment role, preferably in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and South African labor regulations.
Certifications
- Recruitment certifications (e.g., APSO membership) are a plus.
