Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  •  1 Year experience in administrative support in recruitment or related areas (would be preferable)
  •  1 Year experience in retail (would be preferable)
  •  Experience and knowledge in sourcing suitable talent and interviewing
  •  Excellent Planning and Organizing skills
  •  Strong time management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply critical mindset to ensure key skills candidates meet company requirements.
  •  Ensure fulfillment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
  •  Facilitate all administrative related duties
  •  Ensure high quality standards are adhered to Requirements and Qualifications
  •  Weekly status updates with ROHRM
  •  Formulate and compile relevant reports
