- As a Recruitment Administrator, your responsibility is to support the recruitment process within the organization and to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job vacancies across multiple platforms
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
- Building pipelines for various roles
- Conduct background checks on potential candidates including employment references, criminal checks and verification of qualifications
- Coordinate assessments
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with availability and logistics
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status, interview schedules, and any necessary follow-up actions
- Keep accurate records of candidate information, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics using the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated tools
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and gather feedback on candidates
- Process IT request forms for new starters for laptops or other equipment required for their role
- Work with the IT department to provide forecasts for expected hires, identifying the number of laptops and other IT equipment required for new starters
- Coordinate medical check-ups for new starters as part of the onboarding process
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, proposing and implementing solutions as needed
Minimum requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Placement Partner experience would be an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders
