Recruitment Graduate needed at Roche

In this position you will

• Gain firsthand experience in recruiting within a complex international environment.
• Be responsible for elements of the recruiting processes (sourcing, scheduling, screening and assessing candidates) using our e-recruitment system Workday and Phenom.
• Partner with experts in the P&C community and various business departments.
• Learn key skills such as planning, organising, stakholder management and candidate experience
• Build and benefit from a broad network within P&C at Roche and get to know different P&C areas.
• Connect with employees all over the world and learn how Roche develops groundbreaking medicine.

• An excellent communicator across different hierarchical levels, with a service oriented demeanor.
• Prior HR administrative experience will be preferred.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Ideally experienced in GSuite, social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn) and fascinated by digital solutions or similar experience in a recruitment function.
