Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Manage regional relationships to maximise revenue.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities in new verticals and/or new products and services.
- Regularly review Regional Automation business plans and contributions and implement improvement plans as required.
- Develop and maintain all Automation and Drive (Industry Business) Install Base within the allocated region.
- Actively identify and qualify new opportunities within the allocated region.
- Follow up promptly on sales leads generated by marketing activity.
- Work with System Integrators to ensure all leads are entered and tracked in salesforce.com.
- Improve quality of forecasting and maintain 3X pipeline.
- Achieve allocated Regional sales targets.
- Develop and maintain domain expertise in target / vertical industry(s).
- Develop and maintain expertise in Schneider products, solutions & services.
- Provide ongoing support and education to Regional Accounts to grow their sales and execution expertise with Schneider products, solutions and services.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as required.
- General Reporting
- The use of CRM throughout the sales cycle.
- Constantly seek Business development opportunities outside the existing customer base to grow market share.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- N6 or equivalent
- 3 – 5years experience in an automation environment
- Proven sales track record
- Must be computer literate (MS office)
- Valid driver’s license
