Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Manage regional relationships to maximise revenue.
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities in new verticals and/or new products and services.
  • Regularly review Regional Automation business plans and contributions and implement improvement plans as required.
  • Develop and maintain all Automation and Drive (Industry Business) Install Base within the allocated region.
  • Actively identify and qualify new opportunities within the allocated region.
  • Follow up promptly on sales leads generated by marketing activity.
  • Work with System Integrators to ensure all leads are entered and tracked in salesforce.com.
  • Improve quality of forecasting and maintain 3X pipeline.
  • Achieve allocated Regional sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain domain expertise in target / vertical industry(s).
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Schneider products, solutions & services.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to Regional Accounts to grow their sales and execution expertise with Schneider products, solutions and services.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as required.
  • General Reporting
  • The use of CRM throughout the sales cycle.
  • Constantly seek Business development opportunities outside the existing customer base to grow market share.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • N6 or equivalent
  • 3 – 5years experience in an automation environment
  • Proven sales track record 
  • Must be computer literate (MS office)
  • Valid driver’s license
