Utilizing SAP for financial integration and ServiceNow for maintenance orchestration, the manager minimizes operational risk across national retail sites. Role Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (fluids, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
  • Adhere to traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on the road and at customer locations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Driving for We Buy Cars as a Buyers Driver and/ or Logistics Collections Driver as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for the company vehicle/ collected vehicle/s, maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
  • To abide and comply with all the Health & Safety Guidelines.
  • Time keeping, adherence & attendance sign in at the Logistics Office / Clocking system.
  • Driving for transportation purpose due to official requirement.
  • Abide to all the compliance pertaining to South African Road driving rules & regulations; and; Any other logistic duties as assigned by management.
  • Obey the reasonable and lawful instructions of your manager/s.
  • Devote all your time and attention during normal business hours and willing to work overtime as per management request.

Role Requirements
Minimum Requirements: 

  • Valid Code 10/14 Driver’s License (must be always maintained)
  • Previous  driving experience preferred.
  • No history of negligent driving or unresolved traffic offences.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Willingness to undergo regular driving assessments.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and follow strict schedules.
  • Grade 11 or Grade 12 (Matric) .
  • Candidate should preferably live around the area
  • Candidate must have more than 2 years  driving experienceRole Description
  • As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will oversee the facilities management and operational efficiency of six warehouses and 25 pods across Gauteng, Northwest, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga, with the possibility of an additional location being added. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing support staff, building strong supplier relationships, and improving resource efficiency. You will also need to be self-managed, disciplined, and able to work independently. Additionally, you will assist with logistics and special projects at branches, ensuring that all maintenance works run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee Facilities management for six warehouses in Silver Lakes, Montana, Witbank, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Rustenburg and possibly more as the company expands.
  • Conduct daily visits to branches and pods to ensure smooth and operational facilities

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all branches comply with Health & Safety regulations, security protocols, and insurance requirements.
  • Perform regular audits on warehouse inspection files and registers and report on findings daily / regularly on positive or negative issues.

Team Coordination:

  • Conduct regular catch-up meetings with warehouse managers to review performance and address issues.
  • Assist with special projects at coastal branches.

Support Staff Management:

  • Engage with support staff, ensuring they are well-managed and provided with the correct and presentable uniforms.

Supplier Relations:

  • Source and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency and cost saving methods.

Resource Efficiency:

  • Monitor and improve the efficiency of building electricity and water usage, providing recommendations for enhancements.

Pod Management:

  • Oversee operations for 25 pods across Gauteng, Northwest, Limpopo and Mpumalanga, with the possibility of an additional location being added.

Logistics Support:

  • Assist with logistics as needed to ensure effective operations.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12.
  • A minimum of 2-4 year’s facilities management experience.
  • A relevant management qualification will be beneficial.
  • Valid Driver’s License

A degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration is required, alongside extensive regional operations experience.
