Why we need you:

  • Ability to act as Subject Matter Expert and guide stakeholders in the area of Order Fulfillment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to build credibility, ensure proactive engagement, facilitate an understanding of the supply chain practices and to solve problems to minimise risk to the business.
  • Keep up to date with best practise and ensure continuous improvement of inbound replenishment practices; and facilitate change as the business landscape requires a different approach.
  • Lead, coach, manage and develop those resources allocated to you, to ensure quality and timeous performance delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Regional KPI monitoring and Reporting
  • On time delivery of customer orders (internal & external)
  • Staff cost for the regional Order Fulfillment team
  • Handling time for ACIGN tickets related to order fulfilment.
  • SIFOT and eventually DIFOT (if applicable)
  • Customer service performance and productivity reports
  • Other defined KPI’s relevant for Order Fulfillment in region
  • Outbound supply management including monitoring of key OF
  • Supports project management of regional supply chain transformation projects.
  • Work close with customer centers, other regions and other functions to foster continues operational excellence.
  • Ensure effectiveness of all operational processes impacting performance
  • Collaboration with global functions and regional process specialist for the development of global processes, policies and procedures
  • Continuous operational process improvement
  • People Management
  • Recruitment and selection of Order Fulfillment team’s in the region (either direct reports or grandfather interviews in sub-regions/countries
  • Active management of the Order Fulfillment team
  • Cross-competence development across the team

The profile we are looking for:

  • Extensive management experience within the Order Fulfillment function.
  • Degree in economics / industrial economics / logistics or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of English, both verbally and written.
  • Knowledge of the mining / manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
  • Skilled on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proven experience working with IT business tools.
  • Ability to build relationships and customer responsiveness.
  • The ability to solve new, ambiguous and complex problems and apply appropriate judgement in decision making.
  • Skilled in managing, coaching and developing a team.
