- Training and Development
- Operational support to line management
Requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Sound interpersonal skills – building and maintaining culture.
- Logical reasoning, negotiation, and ability to influence.
- Service orientation; Coaching; Learning orientation. Planning and Organising
- Control and change problem assessment; Decision making; Business acumen;
- Analytical ability and proactive problem-solving. Openness and passion
- Team player with the ability to operate independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and to operate in set routines according to a specific work method.
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree within the HR Discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience within a generalist HR Role
- Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage
- Computer Literate (G. Suite)
- Valid Code 8 manual drivers license and willingness to undertake extensive traveling
