Regional Sales Manager – Fertilizer – Newcastle – KZN Job at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• Our client in the fertilizer sector is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Newcastle, KwaZulu Natal

Minimum requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in the agriculture sector or relevant background within the industry will be an advantage or any Degree in Marketing Manager or equivalent 
• Agriculture experience – non-negotiable
• Proven experience in managing a team and meeting targets
• Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company
• Must possess and have experience in marketing
• Experience in reporting (will be required to compile quarterly and annual forecasts and reports for the region)
• Drivers Licence
• Must be computer literate
• Creative thinking – Possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
• Decision making skills: He/she should have the ability to analyse information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems
