Registered Professional Nurse needed at Nurture Health

REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse qualification from a recognised nursing institution.
• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience (rehabilitation or acute care preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of nursing practices and the SANC code of conduct.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid South African ID or valid work permit (if not a South African citizen).
• Clear criminal record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care aligned with SANC standards.
• Develop and implement individualised nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Support the physical rehabilitation process to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
• Foster a therapeutic and supportive environment for both patients and their families.
