Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the campus student retention team to generate student registrations.
- Follows up with the campus retention team for missing student information to finalise all student admissions-related queries.
- Evaluates retention of student admissions against the set admission criteria and communicates the appropriate outcomes.
- Liaises with the campus student retention team during the admission evaluation process
- Checking qualification entrance criteria – student returning unless the student is moving from HC to Degree
- Checking and approval of module selection
Competencies Required:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, professional telephone personality
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams)
- Excellent time management skills
- Finance acumen
- Best suited to a friendly, organised, and systematic person who has an eye for detail and who works accurately and can handle pressure
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of a Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree will be advantageous
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 year work experience
- Experience in Administration, Sales, Finance and Customer Relations will be preferable
