Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing online/telephonic support for student registration
- Ad hoc admin/registration assistance
- Assisting with student registration in the registration room
- Calling students for retention purposes
- Checking qualification entrance criteria
- Checking and approval of module selection
- Collection and uploading of documents after academic counselling
Competencies Required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical/systematic
- Experience in Word & Excel essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
- Superior organisational and administrative skills
- Best suited to a service-oriented person
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Matric or Certificate
- Diploma is advantageous
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
- 0-1 year work experience
- Experience in Administration, Sales, Finance and Customer Relations will be preferable
