Description
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to communicate in two of the official languages of the Western Cape
- One years’ experience in a similar position, will serve as recommendation.
Duties:
- Supervision
- Responsible for all exhibits, paintings and content of the Africana Centre
- Acquire new museum items
- Schedule information sessions
- Marketing of the museum
- Report any defects
- Liaise with the Provincial Museum service
- Compile inventory and reports
- Acquire information regarding current museum items.
