Minimum Requirements:

• CCNA/CCNP certification.
• Experience in an IT Partner or MSP environment.
• Proficiency in working with Cisco and Meraki networks.
• Access to a reliable backup power source to ensure uninterrupted work performance during load shedding.
• Residing in Cape Town or willing to relocate; applicants outside of this region may be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy Meraki networks, including configuring and implementing LAN & WAN solutions.
• Create Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for network architecture.
• Manage tasks such as ReIPs, dashboard audits, and network migrations.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing technical inquiries related to Meraki, Cisco, and general networking.
• Handle support tickets from customers using Cisco LAN, Meraki, and Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Offer general internal technical support as needed.
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities, with sponsored Cisco training materials and exams aligned with the role.
