• A Masters qualification in law, development studies orinternational relations or relevant postgraduate qualification insocial science from a recognized university, or equivalent yearsof experience working in a social development NGO orgovernment setting
• Knowledge and understanding of legal environments
• Knowledge and experience of project management and relatedtools and methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of communications andstakeholder management requirements and processes
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years as a technical adviser at a senior advisory level
• Experience in a human rights environment will be an added advantage
