Job Description

• The Research Analyst is Responsible for carrying out research studies. Gathers and analyses statistical data to provide strategic insight to the Business forecasting process within area of responsibility.
• Manage own costs and expenses associated with role to enhance cost effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
• Gather and disseminate accurate and timely information to all relevant stakeholders throughout the business and broadcast media.
• Initiate and manage consumer marketing research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive.
• Forecasting, analyses, and documentation of economic conditions affecting industry and/or business groups of FNB.
• Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.
• Manage own development to increase own competencies.
