Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences or Public Health (post graduate degree advantageous)
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a research environment
- At least 1 years’ experience in quantitative (survey) and qualitative (interviews and focus group discussions) data collection and quality control
- Fluency in English and IsiXhosa
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, including a non-judgmental attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Strong organizational, oral and writing skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and to maintain effectiveness during changing conditions
Advantageous:
- Current Good Clinical Practice certification.
- Previous work experience in fields of HIV, sexual health and, or with adolescents
- Experience with qualitative analysis
