Key Performance Areas:

  • To assist the Resort Manager and the Resort through efficient and organized management of a range of Administrative functions in compliance with national and local legislation, resort policies and procedures and the brand’s standards for service, quality, guest satisfaction, safety and security.
  • To enhance & maintain communication with internal & external parties.
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive information.
  • To provide support to the Resort Manager and Heads of Department wherever & however required.
  • Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, and handling of money. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compiling and submitting reports, managing and maintaining certain resort information.  
  • Dealing with queries, both written and verbal.  Data capturing and general admin duties.

Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

  • Matric
  • Computer literacy in Excel & Word
  • Previous client liaison experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Numerical proficiency essential as well as attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong admin skills  
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Discretion, Confidentiality, Trustworthiness of highest importance
  • Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
  • Previous financial experience will be an advantage
