Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign Assurance staff on assignments using Retain software system
  • Liaise with staff and Directors / Managers regarding staffing and handle all queries thereof.
  • Ensure that all jobs are staffed effectively
  • Source staff for Assurance managers – Local & National.
  • Leave management for all staff in the group.
  • Implement & follow all operational processes, including bi weekly operational meetings.
  • Engage with Resource Planners locally, nationally and across Service Lines re: opportunities and potential secondments for Assurance staff
  • Reporting: planned vs. chargeable analysis, timesheet summary, individual month to date and year to date productivity, etc.
  • Monitor register of unassigned staff and facilitate their assignment to clients
  • Major clients: Directors, Commercial Senior Managers, Senior Managers and Managers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Administration Diploma (preferable).
  • 3 – 5yrs administration experience in a corporate / professional services project environment.
