Retail Agent Intern (120hr) – West Street – KwaZulu Natal needed at TFG

Requirements: 

• Must have a Retail-related qualification 
• Be unemployed 
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 27  
• South African Citizenship 
• Devote 12 months to the exciting Internship programme with TFG 
• Learn new system, application and products to transfer knowledge to store employees 
• As part of self-learning, you will be required to complete the prescribed courses available on TFG’s Learning platform 
• Drive and support change at the individual level  
• Provide on the ground support and on the job learning, encouraging effective dialogue among employees and assist in breaking down possible communication barriers. 
• Show stores where to find learning material and assist with trouble shooting 
• Escalate any questions, queries or concerns 
• Foster close relationships with store employees and field leadership teams by sharing key information affecting stores e.g. system changes.
