- At least 5 years’ experience in the Agricultural Sector in a Retail Management role
- Above average knowledge of management principles
- Planning, leadership and organising skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Assertive and analytical thinker
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a pressurised environment
- High attention to detail
