Responsibilities:
- Compile all relevant reconciliations, such as balance sheet, debtors, speculation, and mistrade accounts.
- Generate & resolve relevant system generated exception reports.
- Responsible for commodity finance transactions, including reconciling available stock and preparing purchase and sale blotters.
- Handle client queries, resolve disputes, and provide support to internal customers in terms of reporting and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in the agricultural sector (preferred).
- SAFEX Trading accreditation (advantageous).
