  • We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to join our pre-owned sales team. This is a role that plays a key part in ensuring our vehicles are retail-ready and our showroom advertising is up to date, while maintaining a strong and accurate online presence.

Minimum Requirements    

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Drivers License essential
  • Previous motor industry experience (advantagoeus)
  • Excellent organisational ability and strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Administrative and record-keeping proficiency
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Monitor and manage vehicle preparation (recon) process from arrival to retail-ready
  • Ensure vehicles are prepped & ready within agreed deadlines
  • Maintain accurate recon records and reports
  • Ensure showroom flooor advertsing boards are always up to date and accurate 
  • Taking vehicle photos for online advertising, and uploading to online sales platforms 
  • Ensure vehicle specifications, pricing, and images are correct on all online platforms
  • Manage online enquiries and forward to the sales team promptly
  • Vehicle Llicensing & registration function as required
  • Driver duties as required
