Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver on Marketplace sales and selection targets focused on 3rd party seller acquisition, growth and retention, by:
  • Creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with focus on key strategic sellers
  • Recruiting new sellers and maximising results of existing sellers
  • Building lasting seller relationships
  • Driving the success of sellers by actively increasing and retaining sales and product selection
  • Exceeding sales goals
  • Travelling within South Africa (Monthly)
  • Work closely with Category Managers to drive product assortment in line with the category selection strategy
  • Create executable actions by managing data 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 – 5 years solution sales experience, preferably in the retail and/ software solutions industry
  • Experience presenting to senior managers & the C-suite
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Competence in Excel
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
